Stargazers witness photo voltaic eclipse spectacle

Eclipse

Tourists and scientists gathered at an statement website in Argentina’s Neuquen province to look at a complete photo voltaic eclipse.

The spectacle was seen from a 90km hall spanning Chile’s southern Pacific coast, throughout the Andean mountain vary, and into Argentina.

The eclipse is the second to be seen in South America in 18 months, although poor climate circumstances in Chile affected the visibility of the phenomenon when the moon passes between the solar and Earth.
